Ham & Cheese Sandwich

Instructions:

1. 1.Spread strawberry jam on one slice of sourdough, and mayonnaise and mustard on the other.
2. 2.Fold three slices of cheese neatly on top and pile on plenty of sliced ham.
3. 3.Add a big handful of arugula and cut in half — done!
