Baguette French Toast

Instructions:

1. 1.Cut the baguette and mix 2 eggs, 120 ml milk, 3 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt, 3 drops vanilla extract, 3–4 drops lemon juice and a little cinnamon.
2. 2.If you soak the baguette in the egg mixture for about a day, it turns out much softer!
3. 3.Fry the bread golden in butter, drizzle with maple syrup, add ice cream and a few sliced almonds — done!
