so I gave it a go, but..

I set the temperature wrong at the end
and it all burnt.. Get the temperature right and it'll work..!

Instructions:
- Mix 130 g cream cheese, 30 g sugar and a pinch of salt, then add 1 egg and a drop of vanilla extract.
- Blend half a boiled sweet potato with 80 ml milk and combine with the cream mixture (straining it once keeps it smooth).
- Cut the bread thick, score a square in the middle and press it down with a spoon to make a well.
- Pour in the filling and bake in the oven or air fryer at 200°C for 20 minutes.
