I made it following Yoon Hye-jin's recipe!
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Mince the garlic and cut the button mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
- Cook the Fiber Pasta spaghetti; meanwhile fry the garlic in olive oil, add minced beef with salt and pepper and stir-fry.
- When the meat is cooked, add the mushrooms, then plenty of tomato sauce. Add lots of Grana Padano and some pasta water, then the cooked pasta, and toss quickly.
- Top with arugula, burrata and more Grana Padano — done!
