I had everything for pizza toast in the fridge,
so I made a quick fridge-clear-out pizza toast.
I kept adding things until it got a bit much,
so it turned into a greedy pizza toast,
but it's very, very tasty ❤️🔥
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Finely chop the cherry tomatoes, green pepper, sausage and olives.
- Cut 3 slices of bread into triangles and arrange them like a whole pizza.
- Spread tomato sauce, add cheese and the chopped toppings one by one, then sweetcorn and finally lots more cheese.
- Bake in the oven or air fryer for about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts — done!
