and made a strawberry sandwich straight away!
Strawberries are cheap right now, so I packed them in.
A combination that can't go wrong — the easiest strawberry sandwich!
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Halve the baguette and warm it briefly in the oven.
- Melt 50 g white chocolate in the microwave and mix in 100 g Greek yogurt. If you like it tangier, add more yogurt!
- Halve the strawberries, spread the cream on the toasted baguette, pack in the strawberries and close — done!
