Reuben Sandwich

Sosorae, a bakery café in Daegu,

sent me a whole box of bread 🫢

They've just opened their own online shop,

so now you can get Sosorae bread delivered!!

Today, with Sosorae sourdough,

I made the Reuben sandwich

from Gyangminggyeong's YouTube 🫶🏻

Ingredients:

Reuben Sandwich, finished sandwich

Instructions:

Spread plenty of chipotle sauce on the sourdough.
Add lots of cheese and plenty of pastrami.
Sauerkraut is quite sour, so add as much as you like.
Close with the other slice and fry in a buttered pan — done.
