I had leftover sweet corn, so today
I made a cream pasta!
It's simpler than you'd think — nutty and sweet,
and so delicious 💛
Got to use up every last bit of that corn ✨

Instructions:
- While the pasta cooks, blend 1 microwaved cob of sweet corn with a little cream, milk, salt and Grana Padano, eyeballing it to a slightly runny, soup-like consistency.
- Melt butter in a pan, add the cream sauce and stir briefly, then add the pasta and grated Grana Padano and mix — done.
- To serve, I added some leftover peas from the fridge, plus corn, pepper and a pinch of paprika!
