Sinbi Peach Sandwich

Instructions:

1. 1.Warm the Bulat bread in the oven at 190°C for 5–7 minutes.
2. 2.Meanwhile slice the peach, and spread plenty of Matdorr arugula pesto on both sides of the crispy bread.
3. 3.Add arugula, jambon, mozzarella and peach, then close — done!
