This is Hong Seok-cheon's recipe,
and the moment I saw it I knew it'd be delicious,
so I made it straight away!
As expected, it's ridiculously good..!!!!

Instructions:
- Cook the pasta. Fry the pancetta first and set it aside once cooked.
- Finely chop garlic and onion and fry, then add 2 spoons pistachio spread, cream and cheese and stir.
- Add a little pasta water and the pancetta, then the pasta, and toss quickly — done!
- Garnish with chives and crushed red pepper and finish with black pepper!
