Simple and delicious, so I make it often!
I had leftover shiitake mushrooms in the fridge,
so I chopped them in, and it's so good,,
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Cook the pasta in boiling water.
- Finely chop the garlic and mushrooms and fry in olive oil with salt and pepper.
- Add a big spoonful of truffle basil pesto and the cream and stir.
- Add pasta water, the pasta and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Plate it and finish with more cheese and pepper — done!
