Pastrami is great on its own,
but like this it's even, even better!!

Instructions:
- Lightly fry the pastrami until golden, add a slice of cheese, turn off the heat and cover with a steel bowl to melt the cheese.
- Halve the sourdough bun, spread with mustard sauce, add cabbage, then aioli and pickles.
- Add the pastrami and close — done!
