There's a café I go to all the time!

The coffee is great, but more than that the staff are so kind

and always make a fuss of my baby,

so I've always felt grateful.

I wanted to give them something,

so I made sandwiches..!!🥪🥪🥪

A giant one on a Tartine whole wheat slab so it's easy to share,

packed with fillings and all my thanks

Ingredients:

Split the whole wheat slab, drizzle lightly with olive oil and toast in the oven until golden.
Spread plenty of basil tomato jam on one side.
On the other side, spread a generous layer of basil pesto mixed with mayonnaise.
Layer arugula and sliced tomato.
Add the cheese and plenty of jambon!
Close the bread, cut into six pieces and you're done🥪
