Cucumber Toast

Instructions:

1. 1.Slice the cucumber thinly with a peeler.
2. 2.Mix 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, minced garlic, a little minced onion, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp honey.
3. 3.Toast the bread golden in butter.
4. 4.Spread plenty of sauce on the bread and lay the cucumber slices on one by one.
5. 5.Drizzle with olive oil and grind over some pepper — done!
