New Year 'Bok' Cookies

Instructions:

1. 1.Soften 120 g butter and mix in 1 egg.
2. 2.Add 90 g icing sugar, 150 g cake flour and 80 g almond flour, mix well, gather the dough and divide it roughly in half.
3. 3.Mix about 15 g cocoa powder into one half. Put the dough in zip bags and freeze for about an hour.
4. 4.Roll it out wide and stamp out with a cookie cutter — you need to press harder than you'd think. Bake at 170°C for about 10 minutes — done!
