Instructions:
- Toss the chicken tenderloins in paprika, pepper and salt, coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, and fry until golden.
- Mix mayonnaise and basil pesto 1:1 for basil mayo.
- Mix mayonnaise 1, sriracha 0.5 and honey 0.5 for sriracha mayo.
- Cut the bun, spread with sriracha mayo, add salad, the chicken tenders and basil mayo, and close — done!
