Dinner roll mocha buns ☕️
It's surprisingly hard to find mocha buns these days.
I found a way to make them easily with dinner rolls
and tried it right away 🤎

Instructions:
- Mix 2 sachets of instant coffee with about a spoon of hot water.
- Mix 60 g butter, 60 g sugar, 1 room-temperature egg, the coffee and 70 g cake flour, and put it in a piping bag.
- Cut a small slit in 6 dinner rolls and push a small piece of butter deep inside.
- Pipe the topping over the rolls in a swirl and bake in the oven or air fryer at 170°C for 15 minutes — done!
