Instructions:
- While the bagel warms in the oven, fry an egg and cook the bacon until golden.
- Halve the avocado and mash it with salt and pepper.
- Halve the bagel and layer a slice of cheese, the avocado, the egg and the bacon, then add lots of chipotle sauce!
