I used burrata,
but ricotta or yogurt is lovely too!

Instructions:
- Grind the leaves from an Earl Grey tea bag.
- Wash the peaches, cut into bite-size pieces and toss with honey and olive oil.
- Put the burrata on a plate, add the peaches and finish with honey, olive oil and the ground Earl Grey โ done!
