Mushroom lovers, gather round 🤎

A sandwich so filling half is enough.

The bread was sent by @honest_meallo,

a bakery I've loved and bought from myself!

I've shown it in a few older sandwich videos —

their ciabatta is crisp outside and soft inside!!

Huge and delicious..!!! 🩵

Ingredients:

Quickly fry mushrooms and spring onion with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic.
Halve the ciabatta, spread on plenty of basil pesto, pile on shredded cheese and mozzarella and bake.
When the cheese melts, add the mushrooms and close — done!
