This is really, really delicious,,
On golden toasted sourdough,
fresh dressed arugula,
salty mushrooms bursting with flavour,
and mild ricotta,, it's so, so good!! 🤎

Instructions:
- Drizzle the sourdough with olive oil and toast until golden.
- Quarter the button mushrooms and fry them in Lukt truffle butter.
- Spread plenty of basil pesto on the toast, and lots of ricotta on one side.
- Cut the arugula into bite-size pieces, toss with olive oil 1, white balsamic 0.5, a little lemon juice, pepper and wholegrain mustard 0.5, and pile it on the ricotta.
- Add the golden mushrooms and close — done.
