This batch of apricots wasn't very sweet,
so I made it like this, and it's so, so good..!!

Instructions:
- Halve and peel the apricots, then cook them golden in a pan with butter and a sprinkle of sugar.
- Halve the baguette; spread lots of butter on one side and black tea orange marmalade on the other.
- Pile on Salthouse jambon, add the roasted apricots and close — done!
