Ingredients: salt bread; mayonnaise; arugula; butter

Sandwich lovers, do you like hot dogs too?

I'm obsessed.. ❤️ If there's a sausage, it's a hot dog!

And Salthouse is great at sausages too..!!

Their bratwurst has such a bouncy bite,

so juicy and not too salty — just right.

It's made from pork shoulder and natural spices,

with no gamey smell and nothing artificial

Ingredients:

Mix sweetcorn with paprika and pepper and fry in butter until well browned.
Cook the Salthouse bratwurst until golden.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise (1), lemon juice (0.5) and sugar (0.5).
Slit the salt bread lengthwise, add the sausage, pile on the corn and grate over some cheese.
Add coriander if you like it — arugula works too! Finish with the sauce — done!
