Pistachio spread was hard to find,
so I tried cashew spread instead.
It's less fragrant than pistachio,
but nuttier and so much tastier!! 🤎

Instructions:
- Mix toasted kataifi with cashew spread and white chocolate, shape into a square and chill briefly to set.
- Whip cream with sugar and chocolate syrup.
- Spread plenty of cream on the bread, add the kataifi and strawberries, cover with cream, wrap in cling film, chill briefly and cut in half — done!
