my all-time favourite sandwich🤎

The secret is Lukt truffle butter!

Just sautéing mushrooms in truffle butter

brings out so much aroma and savouriness

that the sandwich gets so much better🧈

you have to try this combination!

Ingredients:

Melt Lukt truffle butter in a pan and sauté button mushrooms cut into bite-size pieces.
Lightly toss arugula with olive oil, white balsamic, salt and pepper.
Toast sourdough until golden, spread basil pesto on one side and aioli on the other.
Spread plenty of ricotta over the pesto.
Pile on the dressed arugula.
Finally, heap on the truffle butter mushrooms, close it up and you're done!
