No other sauce needed — the juices and cheese

Instructions:
- Cook the seasoned steak until golden, then fry onion and garlic in the leftover fat until brown.
- Put arugula on sourdough, then the fried onions and the steak.
- Squeeze over some Kaviari blue cheese and close — done!
